DNA A Molecule for Storing Genetic Information

DNA, otherwise known as deoxyribonucleic acid, is the molecule that stores your genetic information. As you might imagine, the instruction manual for

making you (or any other type of critter) can be very large, so it's not too surprising that a single molecule of DNA can be enormous — so big, in fact, that under the right circumstances you can see a DNA molecule with the naked eye.
